A group of German investors is accused of kidnapping and torturing their financial advisor. The advisor, James Amburn, is alleged to have lost a fortune investing in Florida real estate. Police reports claim Amburn was beaten with a walker (aka Zimmer frame), burned with cigarettes, and chained up like an animal.
