Washington Times: Uzi Arad denied US entry visa
Uzi Arad, expected to be named head of the National Security Council by Prime Minister-designate Binyamin Netanyahu, has been banned from entering the US as an intelligence risk
The law preventing Arad from getting a visa "allows the government to deny entry to those foreign nationals it deems as spies or saboteurs, and those who help or assist in such spying or sabotage," Washington immigration lawyer Glen Wasserstein was quoted as saying. Wasserstein added that both the US president and the attorney-general had the power to grant Arad a visa.
