Team-based matchmaking for Left 4 Dead's Versus mode is coming in a future update, along with support for third-party campaigns and tweaks to the skill-based matchmaking system.

The Left 4 Dead software development kit (SDK) will also be released shortly after the game's first DLC pack is released later this month.
