in my previous installment i promised you that i would discuss some possible reasons why some of our legislators push a change in our charter.

Some of our legislators say that the reason why they are pushing a change in our government is to amend some of the articles in our constitution.

The articles that they are saying that they say that needs to be change are the ones regarding economy.
