Obama: "Cap & Trade Will Cause Electricity Rates To Skyrocket"

Obama admits that a Cap and Trade program will cause consumer electricity rates to skyrocket. Cap and Trade is nothing more than government control over private energy production and use via regulation of the life supporting, essential trace gas in our atmosphere, Carbon Dioxide (CO2).
