One person dresses like a hippie (jeans, flowered shirt, peace signs, beads, headband, etc.). The other person dresses up like a mime (striped shirt, black pants, suspenders, white facemakeup, etc.).

One dresses in all pink. The other dresses like a smart person (thick glasses, calculator, carry a thick textbook, etc.).
Macaroni and Cheese

One person wears a cheese hat and the other person wears a sweat suit with macaroni noodles super-glued all over it.
We did the nurse / patient once. I borrowed scrubs for me and a hospital gown for him. He wore the gown with boxers and I carried a baby medicine syringe with a wooden shish ka bob skewer for the needle. We won a prize - a bottle of booze I think.
