Weatherhead is ranked among the top 15 business schools in the country. Pramila also has done her Master’s and extensive post-Master’s work in Counseling Psychology. This enables her to effectively bridge the gap between human psychology and business – the abstract and the concrete. She is able to give tangibility (business concepts) to the intangible (human behaviour). In addition, Pramila has worked in the US for 17 years before she returned to her native land, India.
