A comprehensive list in this category would have to include, in no particular order, Devon Technologies' DEVONthink and DEVONnote, Hog Bay's Mori (formerly NoteBook), Circus Ponies NoteBook, Chronos' StickyBrain and Soho Notes, Eastgate's TinderBox, VortiMac's Dossier, Flying Meat's VoodooPad, AquaMind's NoteTaker, and Notational Velocity.
