The Chinese government has announced that as of July 1st, all PC computers must be pre-installed with Chinese-designed internet filtering software. If successful, this would give Beijing unprecedented control over PC users in China and Tibet.

Tell American computer giants HP & Dell to refuse to implement this repressive software on computers heading to the Chinese market.
