Website URL is your blogger website.... so
type there the name like www.myblog.blogspot.com, choose the language, and choose INDIVIDUAL as account type. Put your real name, your real address, your real contact number.
Wait for the confirmation, that your application for Adsense has been accepted.
ONCE your adsense application has been accepted, then:
1. log in to your blogger account.
2. choose your blog settings in the dashboard
3. go to lay-out > page elements
4. click add a gadget to the part where you want to add adsense
5. on the list of gadgets look for the AdSense gadget and sign in if you need to.
