not just about the standards; it's about being able to communicate clearly. You can't do that without correct grammar, punctuation and spelling.
"Let's eat, mommy" does not mean the same thing as "Let's eat mommy."
if you point out a language error in the right way, no one has to get hurt, humiliated, fired or devoured.
