Music makers don't seem to like the John McCain bid for the presidency.

Van Halen spoke out against the McCain's campaign's use of their tune last week.

And now, rocker ladies Heart have taken legal action against the GOP ticket.

Lawyers for Heart's Ann and Nancy Wilson have reportedly issued cease-and-desist letters to the McCain/Palin campaign, demanding that their 1977 hit Barracuda not be used as Palin's theme song.

Barracuda was apparently used on Thursday night both to introduce Palin and on the heels of McCain's acceptance speech, at the close of the Republican National Convention.
