أقرت المحكمة العليا الإسرائيلية هدم قرية فلسطينية في الضفة الغربية وتهجير سكانها في حين تواصل المستوطنات المجاورة لها التمدد دون عائق. Israeli Supreme Court approved the demolition of a Palestinian village in the West Bank and the displacement of its population while continuing expansion of settlements adjacent unimpeded.
وقالت منظمتا "جمعية حقوق المواطن" و"حاخامون من أجل حقوق الإنسان" في بيان مشترك اليوم إن المحكمة رفضت التماسا تقدمتا به للحيلولة دون هدم قرية "خربة طانا" وتهجير سكانها بحجة عدم ترخيص منازلها. The two organizations, "the Association for Civil Rights" and the "Rabbis for Human Rights" in a joint statement today that the Court rejected a petition introduced to prevent the demolition of the village, "Khirbet Tana," and the displacement of the population on grounds of licensed homes.
