2. License – Is the license you are getting is legal ? Is the license valid for a      specified time only or for life long.

3. Privacy Concerns: Does the company you are obtaining the software from rent or sell your personal information. Please be sure of all these.

4. Security Concerns: Does the software you are going to buy contain any spyware or trojons; if you are not aware of them, let me tell you that these can cause severe problems with your privacy (they can transmit your personal details on internet once installed).

5. Whether it is a shareware or not; Do you get distribution rights on that cheap soft or not.
