On July 23, CNN and YouTube are airing a Democratic presidential debate featuring questions from people like you. They have asked citizens to submit questions by video. The best ones will be aired and answered by candidates during the debate.

This is a great opportunity to elevate media reform issues during the 2008 presidential campaign. See the below information for resources, sample questions and a great way to share your video with other activists around the country.

Here are some suggested tips from YouTube on how frame your question and make a successful video submission:

• Be original -- choose your own approach.
• Be personal -- your perspective is important.
• Choose your focus -- you can address one or all of the candidates.
• Keep it quick -- your question should be less than 30 seconds (and, in the language of your choice).
• Make it look good -- speak loudly and keep that camera steady.
